This past summer, while discussing the impacts of nuclear verdicts against the trucking industry, a long-time industry lawyer said, “The safety program that you want to talk about on the witness stand, do that today.”
While we can’t control everything that happens on the open road, companies can demonstrate how they value safety by participating in programs like the Nevada Truck Driving Championship and our Driver of the Year Program.
